18A – Create a Customer Avatar


The customer segment I choose to use is girls in their mid to late 20's attending college, who are about to graduate. They are at a very exciting time in their life, after working very hard to finish school and move on to the next stage in life. It's not only important to them, but to all their friends and family as well. Photos of this time in their life would be special to everyone, and most wish to entrust this task to a professional, someone who can really showcase the emotion that surrounds them and their friends at that moment as vivid as they remember it, years later looking at those moments on film can bring back all the memories they made in that town, and in that school. Here are some more details about my clients. Probably driving a hand-me-down car from mom and dad, Subaru, Honda Accord or CRV, hobbies include running, art, dance, swim, coffee, memes and reading. Grew up with supportive parents and high aspirations for the future, and always involved in school activities and sports. Chances are good that they belong to a sorority. Probably reads more then watches TV, but will watch "Girls" or "Sex in the City'' if they're on. Political views lean more towards liberal, dislikes Trump. I have a lot in common with this client segment, considering I too, am a girl in her mid to late '20s who is active, likes to read, and enjoys art. who will graduate university soon.

    I cannot personally relate to this customer avatar, but I feel that you explained them very well enough that I think I fully understand who you plan on targeting. One possible suggestion is to also target business students the day or two before Career Showcase, I have many friends that struggle with finding a adequate photographer for their head shots for their LinkedIn accounts. Just a suggestion. Hope this helps!
